From what I read, on the Feral Facebook page, Grid Autosports, Batman Arkham Knight (that was droped for reasons out of Feral's control) and Company of Heroes are all coming from the requestinator.
There is hope for Deus Ex... :)
Depth Charge would be a good match for the whole Bioshock Remastered edition that's coming September 13.

That would be nice too!

SteamDB just got updated with "64bit launch config only". Anyone to confirm that it now works?

Lots of action in the Linux SteamDB entry. The Linux depots are getting updated nearly hourly.
I don't know what to make of this, but I think it looks good.

Quoting: natewardawgYou are right, it's the Dawn engine which is based on Glacier II. :)Quoting: Comandante oardoI prefer an inhouse port... what engine use this game?If I remember correctly it's actually a custom engine they developed for this and future Deus Ex games.
edit: It's called the Dawn engine

This said, you know on what engine Deus Ex is based? Same as Tomb Raider? Vulkan title?
Edit: Got my answer. Glacier Engine II, same as Hitman... Hitman is coming to Linux, by Feral, am I wrong? ;)

Quoting: liamdaweWe may just be overhyped. :)Quoting: BeamboomI don't have any to hand and don't fancy trawling months of Facebook, as if I did I can tell you now I would have a lot more posts here on GOL for Feral, but I don't consider Feral telling people they are taking port request feedback as news. Of course they are.Quoting: liamdaweOh I know what you're saying and I understand it. Just don't read into it too much, like I said Feral reply like that to port requests on FB quite often for lots of different games. Can you recall what other titles they've done the same with, using this "requestinator [External Link]" of theirs? It's not that I doubt you - I imagine I've seen it too, but can't recall any actual titles.

Quoting: liamdaweI understand... Now a question I have no clue what is the answer: What is the ratio of done ports when Feral launch the "requestinator campaign" or equivalent?Quoting: MohandevirOh I know what you're saying and I understand it. Just don't read into it too much, like I said Feral reply like that to port requests on FB quite often for lots of different games.Quoting: liamdaweNot pretending this to be a confirmation, it's just that it would make sense to see a Feral Port.Quoting: MohandevirJust found this that might confirm the whole story:Honestly, I'm not surprised Softpedia wrote about that. Feral says such things about ports all the time in reply to requests on Facebook. Softpedia just wanted a nice headline, don't read into it too much.

So it might just be logical to get a Linux port from Feral. That would be awesome!!!

Reading the reviews I have the feeling that many seem way too unfair. It feels like free bashing, this is why I want to see for myself.

Quoting: TealI hope that by "hold off" you mean mostly "pass".Will you be able to sleep if I tell you that I want to make my own opinion of the game?
It has ~50% on Steam reviews, and that's both the all time and recent ones.
We as a community don't have to automatically jump at every muddy turd just because some big names did show kindness to us, come on. It's sadly not a good game and not supporting a failed game developer should come before supporting a Linux friendly one.
If you consider yourself a fan of the (original) series, get yourself an emulator and one of the original games.

I have a GTX960 and, for my part, with driver 361.45.19 (I hope I got it right), there is no problem. The performances are on par with driver 367.xx.
Unless you have a GTX10x0 you might not need to use the latest driver.
