Grab some cheap Resident Evil games from this Fanatical Bundle

I would've been all over this bundle had I not bought all of them separately at one point when building my backlog. Also, it's too bad the bundle doesn't include RE8 and RE2/RE3/RE4 Remakes because that would make this bundle worth it for the price.

GE-Proton 9-11 released with fixes for Dragon Age: Inquisition, WRC 4

I just tried this on Dragon Age Inquisition and at first, I thought it didn't work until I had to change the settings in-game to make it use the controller on the Steam Deck and Bluetooth.

Valve gives developers some big reasons to add a demo on Steam

OT: Now, if there was only a way to play demos that get delisted because whenever there's a Steam Fest going on, I don't have time to test out as many demos for a week and sometimes, when I get to a game I want to try out that used to have a demo, it ends up getting delisted.

No Rest for the Wicked now Steam Deck Verified thanks to latest update

Quoting: scaineAbsolutely love the look of this, but was a bit gutted that there's no Grim Dawn style multiplayer. Looks like it's going for roguelite rather than GD's RPG progression, but still. Ravenswatch pulls this off brilliantly, but they've gone all-in on single-player here and while I'm still interested, it's very much less so.
I guess I'm the opposite, where I actually prefer single player games more so than multiplayer games and No Rest for the Wicked seemed to be up my ally. However, the price is a bit much for me right now and will be waiting for a discount before I jump in to playing this game on the Steam Deck.

Quoting: TarosYay, no more special Proton build like for Inquisition.
That's funny because I'm playing it right now (never finished it back when it came out), and I was surprised I had to use that special DAI proton just to get my controller working. I'm excited for this.
I'm the same way with not finishing Inquisition back then but where can I get this DAI proton version? I'm thinking of revisiting this game soon and would like to have controller support when playing on my Steam Deck.
This is it:

Humble Games confirmed a 'restructuring of operations' with reports of all staff gone

Quoting: missingnoRemember when Humble used to directly ports tons of great games to Linux themselves? How the mighty have fallen.
I remember they used to give DRM free games, especially ones that had native Linux version available, when you bought their bundles in the early days and I miss seeing that today since everything is now Steam/GOG/<insert keyshop> keys.

This is why it sucks when big corporations acquire companies and end up letting lots of talented people go because of their agendas.

Fanatical's Bundle Bash has new game bundles every day this week

Quoting: PenglingI do love it when Fanatical does this stuff; For me, they've been an absolute godsend with their bundles and (on the one occasion I made an exception [External Link]) pre-order prices as well. Very good way of catching up on some PC classics for peanuts after I ditched the console scene.
This is why Fanatical is my go to when I want to add more games to my Steam library through their bundles and you can't beat the prices on those bundles.

Megacopter: Blades of the Goddess is a quality shoot 'em up throwback to Desert Strike

I played the demo on the Steam Deck during Summer Steam Fest and the controls were weird because they used the KB+M button layout and I had to make changes to get it to work with controller. Other than that, the game was fun to play and ran pretty good.
