If its truly at 2080 performance then maybe its ok. But I really don't want 16GB of HBM2 due to the price of it all.
Plus is this card meant to beat the 1080TI under Linux? I would be very surprised if it does.

Overall proton running games have been pretty good, I do however wish Kingdom Come ran better with it, under windows I get 60-65fps at 4k (start town) and under Proton its like 45-50, tad low.

If games use vulkan then it kinda makes it real easy to port to Linux/Mac/Switch/PS4++ The only platform I know of atm that has a issue with vulkan is the xbox.... does it support vulkan? pretty sure they blacklisted it!

Someone should just take lgogdownloader and turn it into a GUI for Linux like GOG Galaxy, that would be pretty funny and awesome at the same time.

Why not Farcry 4 or 5? I don't have those so can't test them. Many people have told me FarCry5 is crap... so I have no clue.

Shame GOG Galaxy doesn't allow you to pic the OS of the game, last time I tried it you couldn't install Linux titles through it. Has that changed?
