Quoting: 1xokDoes cross platform mean that we can have Linux and PS4 clients in the same party?
Most likely. It'll be interesting to see how they handle this though. Sony isn't known for being kind to games that want full cross platform gaming.

A little issue I've encountered: Pairing with the dongle with a code that contains A doesn't work, it flat out cancels the pairing.

So, keep trying until you get a code without A in it.

Quoting: tonRThis is for y'all that are living in place where's internet is the best in the world (connectivity, speed and ping wise), so Steam Link app might the best thing y'all.

But for myself, I want truly mobile gaming devices. Streaming isn't substitute for my on-the-go gaming needs especially offline gaming.
Services like this will likely help push countries with bad cellular connection in the right direction though. With more and more services requiring low latency and high speed connections, it'll likely affect the way things are built going forward. So in the end, it might just benefit you :)

Quoting: noxPerformance on my Vega 56 is great too. Just have to remember to save often. Had one full system freeze at one point (that sucked).
Yeah, same here. Had to use magic keys to reboot the system
Out of curiosity. Do you remember where? So far it has only happened when the cutscene triggers at the part of the snowy mountain where you start moving slower. (Trying to not risk spoiling anything here)
Yeah that was the place. I didn't retry making it past it, as it was late already. I take it you made it past that point?
Yes, After the freeze I tried again - saving every single step up the slope. After triggering the cutscenes I haven't had any more freezes, but I'm expecting more :P
