Quoting: PhlebiacI seem to recall they made breaking changes for the extensions; hopefully most of them are updated quickly.
Not again... :(

I've developed the twitchlive-extension. I wish I never did, with all the hassle extension development gets you.

This kinda looks like a mobile-first development (the trailer prominently shows the play store logo). We'll see how well it works and whether it is complex enough for PC.

OBS Studio 26.1 rolls out with Virtual Camera output on Linux

Quoting: GuppyAfter spending quite a bit of time on google the only thing that comes close to explaining the "why" of virtual camera seems to be that you select it as a webcamera in zoom/teams/etc..

but I'm not sure why that's preferable to simply using the build in 'share desktop/window/chrometab' in those ?

What am I missing about this feature?
You can "stream" your composed view to any application that usually would only accept your webcam. And the composed output might be completely different from your original screen, which might be very wide or includes stuff you do not want to show.

Valve add additional titles to the Steam Play Whitelist

Sam&Max hit the road? Are they really Proton-ing ScummVM instead of just using the native binary? That's amazingly stupid.

Path of Exile to get Vulkan support, they would "like" to add Linux support

Sadly, as far as I know, this is still "standing-behind-stuff - The Game". I found the camera and the obscured vision by everything from pillars and trees to walls infuriating. Judging from the screenshot they still haven't added outlines for obscured items and characters. This is very basic stuff.

I think we have the culprit. The Facebook page states an Xbox-Release. So additional Microsoft money is quite a possibility.

The description on the steam page is seriously lacking. They don't mention Couch-Co-Op but it has the badge on the right side. How many people can couch-co-op? Twelve? Four? Two?

We Need To Go Deeper, a cooperative submarine exploration game adds Linux support

The steam description says nothing about local co-op. Just LAN.
