10 Jan 2014 at 3:20 am UTC

Wow! Paradox are really working hard to support Linux. Makes me glad with my purchases from them. They'll definitely be seeing more of my money in the future if this keeps up :)
Only wish that Magicka would join the Linux ranks as well. Love that game to bits!

MX vs. ATV Off-Road Racer From Nordic Games To Come To Linux

Wow! That is truly unexpectedly good news :D
I'm guessing their Painkiller Linux port was good enough to warrant them trying another title!

it's why i very rarely go to the cinema, talk about headaches :(
Same here! It's frustrating going with friends for a night out, and returning home with serious eye pains and a headache. No idea how others can do it...

The design of the box is ok, but the color doesn't seem to match the controller. I wonder if the looks will be customizable.

GOL Cast: Exploring Lovecraftian Dungeons in Eldritch

That actually looks pretty fun. The name of the game doesn't do it justice. Like you said "but I have kept my distance from these new FPS/Roguelike combos", I am guilty of doing the same :P

Hahaha, guns. The hands look a little freaky deaky.

Nuclear Dawn FPS/RTS Hybrid Open Linux Beta Should Hit In A Few Days

I'm definitely looking forward to it! Still need time to finish Metro Last Light :D

On the server side of things, will we be separated from Windows users? Or will multiplayer be cross-platform? I ask this, because the servers aren't always full, and for me at least, it can be a bit of an issue to find a server with sufficient players.

Humble Finally Launches The Humble Store
11 Nov 2013 at 9:52 pm UTC

They only have 9 games in the store, total? That's very miniscule, and I honestly thought they'd have all the backlog of things they have sold in the past. Am I looking in the wrong place?

New sales coming tomorrow!
This leads me to believe that they're releasing titles to the store day-by-day for some period of time. Could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me. I wonder if they'll push for Linux ports of some of these games (like Chivalry or Orcs Must Die 2).

Leadwerks Creation Tool Continues The Push Onto Linux
9 Nov 2013 at 4:43 am UTC

Does anyone here use Leadwerks? I'm curious, what are the languages used in Leadwerks?
For example, Unity uses C#, Javascript or Boo. Does Leadwerks use Lua exclusively, or are there are usable languages?

The Wine Development Release 1.7.6 Is Now Available

Sadly, Direct3D command stream patches still didn't landed in the repository
I keep watching for this, hoping it'll come sooner than later.

Project CARS Will Have a SteamOS Linux Version
7 Nov 2013 at 11:38 am UTC

I am amazed. I honestly didn't think they'd bring this. I wonder if this will help push our graphics drivers even further! (Looking at you AMD, Nvidia and Intel)

Every week seems to be even cooler news for Linux gaming :D
