Quoting: edve98Wouldn't it be better to ask how much people spent on Linux games rather than asking how many games they bought? Why not both?

Quoting: tuubiInteresting, I didn't think of it like that. You could be very well right!Quoting: SabunOr was it simply VP being pre-occupied with Showdown so Codemasters decided on Feral for this? Regardless, I'm excited!Could be the other way around. I'm sure a native port always takes a lot more time in development and QA than a wrap job, unless you're building the wrapper from scratch.

Quoting: MGOidThere is some things I want from EA, like the Crysis series and Mirror's Edge. But for most of you, THIS is why I want they showing up in Linux:Man, I teared up. I've never cried at an E3 showcase before.

Like it or not, EA is a giant in this industry, and will be very difficult see most people moving from Windows without EA and Ubisoft at our side too.

This is a surprise! I wonder why Codemasters went with Feral after VP. Are they sampling the porters?
Could Aspyr be doing one as well? Or was it simply VP being pre-occupied with Showdown so Codemasters decided on Feral for this? Regardless, I'm excited! I hope performance is as good or better than Showdown, VP have set a new level of quality :)

If the store page is already listing Feral Interactive as the developers for the Mac and Linux versions in the description, isn't it highly likely then that they are assisting current development rather than sidelined until a finished Windows version is complete?
I'm checking under the Developer and Publisher section, and Feral is listed under both already.

Quoting: GBeeGreat news, but the news comes with it's own mystery. I picked up The Stanley Parable as part of bundle a long time ago, I would swear on it ... only it's not in my Steam library.Same here.

The online multiplayer is really sweet, it's a shame I can never find anyone on it though.
(Shoutout to ZED, toye92, Arkdor and PsychoGhost, you guys were an awesome team!)

Quoting: liamdaweI'm really impressed by the online battles in Company of Heroes 2, I need people to play against, so be sure to add me to Steam ;) "liamdawe" is my username.I played against Feral last night too! I guess you were with the other team, which is why we didn't meet. I was up against Marc, Nick and Graham. Really awesome guys, I hope they do more of this.

GTX 760 Vs R7 370 4G In Company Of Heroes 2

Samsai, thanks for the performance comparison. From AMD's Bridgman comment [External Link] on Phoronix, I would have expected the RadeonSI driver to work better but it looks like there's still performance and stability issues (I was kind of hoping for a cool miracle too, but alas).
Would you say the CPU usage when using Nvidia blob VS RadeonSI was similar? I'm curious.
EDIT: No response? I was truly curious. Guess I'll have to try and find out myself.

Quoting: Mountain ManPerformance with the 760 looks pretty darn good to me. It's not the fastest card on the market, but I've found it a very capable performer. I don't see myself needing to upgrade for at least another year.A wise decision. If I was in your shoes, I'd wait until the new generation of cards after the 900 series. A new die shrink and HBM are already more compelling reasons to wait rather than jump ship to 900 series from 700 series.
