I didn't get how people achieved these times. On first level , my best time is 8 seconds. Some guys did it at 4 seconds...

Quoting: scaineYou can't beat anecdotal evidence for this stuff. I gamed on Steam from 2004'sh to 2013 on Windows and it felt like I got the Steam survey every couple of months, certainly in the mid-2000's, when Valve established Steam as more of a gaming platform and less of a "sell Half-Life" vehicle. Then, I moved to Linux on beta Steam in 2013 and since then - two (maybe three?) surveys since. Total. In around four years.Yep , last time i got a survey was 1.5 years ago.
Valve engineers can tell me that this is working "as intended" until they're blue in the face. Doesn't change my experience of the system.
I only care about this because I'm worried about the picture it paints to developers. And I'm optimistic (overly so, I admit) that there's a damn-sight more Linux users out there than this survey suggests, with or without PUBG trends.
So, I love the dev interviews Liam conducts with their sales figures. These often (not always, but often) show a MUCH higher percentage of Linux sales over the established "1%". Hopefully that continues to be the case in the future.
Either way though, I've pitched my tent. No going back for me. It's the been the Year of the Linux Desktop in this household for over four years.

Quoting: liamdaweAgreed , that's why our chances of Vulkan supported games relies on Windows 7 rather than Linux.Quoting: ScooptaVP doesn't port...they just wrap. I won't be buying this. This type of stance is really silly. Do you buy Feral games? They're not exactly that different, they have their own special layer as well. As do likely many ports.
VP's ports like other ports are supported, mostly work well, they run like other games and so on.
Facts are, Linux is not currently profitable enough for anyone to consider entirely rewriting a rendering engine to support OpenGL/Vulkan.

So that shows how beautiful GNU/Linux is.
No one can lockdown this system.
MS had their eyes opened wide at Windows 8 era.
MS: I'm producing this system and everythings runs on it. All software , games etc. Yet we're only selling licenses but with percentage wise ; these scumbag companies making much more money with less effort on our very own system. Our Windows is just a tool for them so if i start to unify all those services on my systems store ; i can make much more "easy" money. Let's change our way to rather than being monopol on OS wise , being monopol on services wise.
If this happens and Valve acquired by Microsoft ; i will consider to buy a PlayStation for gaming and stop gaming on pc.

Quoting: rustybroomhandleDisgusting part : Four years.Quoting: LeopardNo, it's just because people backing the KS were promised DRM free versions, so this is just them delivering on that. Nothing disgusting.Quoting: VodkaChickenUgghh , disgusting practices.Quoting: Leopard2020 : It is still coming...Kickstarter backers get a GOG key as a reward. It's like four years late but at least they finally delivered that.
One thing to note ; i don't understand why they are referring releasing a GOG version as a reward?
People are buying it from there , you are not giving it away this game on there. You're just putting your build to another store ; at a price.
Reward term is irritating.
