Highly recommend this title if you are at least slightly into puzzle games. In my opinion, it is even better than the already amazing prequel. Certainly a top title of 2023 with a ridiculous low price for this quality.

What are you hoping that the new SteamOS upgrade brings with it?I sincerely hope that with the new kernel my racing wheel is going to work. I'm pretty confident though, since it works on my Arch machine as expected.

As a huge Tetris fan and since I use my SD primarily docked, I highly appreciate the second patch note.

I'm really happy that Valve starts to give external displays the attention they deserve. I mainly use my Deck on my TV since I received it months ago and noticed and reported a handful of issues back then.
I'm grateful that the company doesn't stop to deliver useful updates to their wonderful device.

The Dock is too expensive. Just gonna stay with my generic 30€ USB-C docking station which works great and has the same features (except for DisplayPort).

I love my Deck and the EULA fix is much appreciated (even though I figured out how to overcome this).
Anyway, for me the only real thing that requires some polish is the handling of external device, in particular displays. I have mostly issues with the Deck when connecting or disconnecting an external display via USB-C. Sometimes the magnification from parts of the GUI (e.g. Steam menu) is broken, sometimes the display stays dark. I understand that this is probably not on prio 1 of their issues tracker. For people doing more than playing with that wonderful device this issue can become very tricky.

While definitely being a good game (have beaten it on PS4) and I'd be happy to replay it on my deck, it's just too expensive for a two year old port. The 29% "discount" and the DLC doesn't make this fact any better, it is too expensive. The full price is a joke in my opinion.
Sorry, guys, but I'll wait for it to drop to at least 20 bucks. Have more than enough to play anyway

Quoting: GuestI had a battery health of just 19% after day one. 90% might just be a sensor/calibration issue, but yes, keep an eye on that.Quoting: MohandevirI'll keep an eye on my battery health too (it's dropped from 100‰ health to 90‰), as I have a suspicion my battery might be faulty.Quoting: GuestAt some point, SteamOS detects the failure and gives a warning message that the battery must be replaced. Saw the message being posted a couple of times in a Steam Deck group, on Facebook.Quoting: MohandevirHow do you know if you have a faulty battery?Quoting: ryadWould also be cool, if Valve could fix the scaling issue when disconnecting a HDMI cable. Other than that I'm very happy with the progress. And yet, it's an issue that seems to happen on a regular basis... You are not the first to get that issue. Suddenly the battery drains out at an accelerated pace and needs to be replaced.
(Okay, my device needed an RMA caused by a faulty battery, but that's an individual issue and Steam support helped really quickly)
Edit: Personnally, what I want to hear about is the release of the Deck Dock and that Valve is accelerating it's delivery pace so that I may get my unit sooner.
