Cool, but the missing numpad and media control keys is a showstopper for me since I use them all the time.

I hope they'll launch a standard model in the future.

VR is absolutely insane, I am officially a convert and it works mostly great on Linux

Quoting: g000hI'll be interested to know if you're still using it with gusto and fervour in 6 months time.
That totally depends on the games available.
I played Alyx 3 times, start to finish. It's that good.
Nothing came even close to that.
I've been using the Index since october and yes, there was a period when I left it on the table for a while, but only because I wasn't interested in the games, not the technology.
Now I'm hooked again playing Eleven table tennis which is fenomenal, and there are a number of games I discovered recently that I'm interested in.

Quoting: HalfBakedIs this the same micro-op cache that's used to cache the simpler risc-like instructions that the x86 instructions are translated to? If this is the case it shouldn't affect arm or power chips.
ARM's microarchitectures use Mop caches as well.
It's a widely used mechanism for fast instruction decoding.
This doesn't mean this or similar vulnerability is present in ARM's uarchs tho.

Stadia to see more than 100 games through 2021

I won't spend a dime on this dumpster fire of a service, or any other Google service in general, ever.

Imagine giving a considerable amount of money to Google to play the triple-a-game-du-jour and lose access to it when your gmail account gets blocked for whatever unexplicable reason, or Stadia just ceases to exist.

No thanks.

Can't wait to try out this game!

For me VR is the best thing happened to gaming in the last 25 years.

I've lost almost all interest in playing flat games...

Quoting: BogomipsBut, to put oil on fire, I do not really consider CS:GO as a real CS, I only play competitive and with friends.
We don't play CS:GO either. We play CS:Source on a custom map made by me, but nowadays just a couple of games per lan party.

Played the beta back in the day with a bunch of friends during LAN parties.
Fast forward 20 years and we still play it!
