i shouldn't say this maybe but it works amazingly in proton anyway with all the avilable render apis the game has (dx11, opengl3.2 and Vulkan) - played like 4 hours with zero problems.

Well said. Big Kudos to Garry for being honest and communicating with us!

Sad to see Rust on Linux go, but thats how it is sadly. I will not refund mine. I hope to play it from time to time with SteamPlay (Proton)

Quoting: Ehvis
Quoting: XpanderI Hope valve will hurry up with the EAC as the windows client in wine (last time i tried, non eac server) worked way way better anyway, with double the framerates of native client
What if that would mean installing a root level spy daemon?
Don't really care, if its secure enough and enables me to play some games. If there would be massive reports about the security issues with it, yeah sure it will be bad then. But im not that much of a tin foil hat guy.

edit: and before someone comes calling.

I use linux beacuse of the flexibility. Security is nice bonus to have but not the end of the world.

DiRT Rally 2.0 - New Season just Started: https://www.gamingonlinux.com/forum/topic/3971
Obviously not many people have this game as its not native, but it does work well in proton but without FFB support, for that you need custom proton or run through wine and steam.

Surviving Mars - Just started playing it. Completed the tutorial and Started a New game. Still learning. Love the details on the environments and it has some amazing music as well. Ofc Gameplay seems really nice also.

Warhammer Online - Tiny bit of RvR Action i managed to squeeze into my weekend as well. Needs wine to run this and works with D9VK also. https://www.returnofreckoning.com [External Link]

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoThe RTX 2060 SUPER should be called RTX 2060ti...
agree, but i think its because they can't make another 2080 Ti :)

Super is such a stupid name though. but whenever i see that name, somehow the voice of SuperHot (Game) level completion comes into my brain :D
