that is not new though, linux was listed on the kickstarter, reason I funded it :)

got it on desura myself, it fun game, but i do hate the way you need to aim and shoot, i simply cant do it fast or really very good

EA: origin store
Ubisoft: rumours are they moving everything to uplay store in 2013
Activision: rumours are they moving their current store and everything else to Bnet

if the big 3 are not in on it, then 90% of the AAA titles won't be in on it
