Deponia Doomsday coming to Linux on March 1st

I still have yet to try any of them, as usually these type of adventure games aren't my cup, but I have been tempted. Should I?
If you're not into point and click, don't.
But for those who are: you should ge... oh, you already got them?
Of course you do! :D

I wonder as well how it could ever happened I haven't heard of the new part before.
Beware that Deadalic did not make the the best Linux versions, though.

Our Linux & SteamOS gamer survey results for January 2016

Quoting: TheBossI'm going to look at ways to re-do the survey and make it more accurate, unsure how right now. I am thinking possibly re-starting it and getting fresh data then from day-1. A hopefully easier option will be to get Feds who does the graphs to bump all the data back a month to show it correctly.
If you would do a whole new setup, I wonder if it should be more about gaming and less about Linux. E. g. I don't care a cent if people changed their distro last month (and I really wonder if that many do or if that many don't understand the question). I'd be more interested in say if they use a controller or a wheel, or what their most interesting game of the month was, or how much time they use for playing, ...

Nvidia Vulkan Driver updated

Quoting: Cybolic
Quoting: dubigrasuI have some promising results with this new driver, as in Vulkan is already faster: [...]

That was the Talos Principle benchmark BTW.
Considering that Talos isn't event optimised yet, but basically just running on a wrapper, that's quite impressive!
I still think you missunderstood the usage of "wrapper" in this context. They wrapped the engine around Vulkan, which is totally reasonable, not e. g. Vulkan around OpenGL or something. In the end, the engine will still sit on Vulkan. Or be "wrapped around it" if you want to express it that way.

Quoting: GuestBut honestly, the HIBs are the only thing I buy there nowadays, as anything else is either windows- or steam-only. That the store page doesn't even load properly in my browser might be an additional point....
Yeah, they've gone mostly Windows for their other offers. It's nice they keep with Linux (and Mac) for the traditional bundle, though. But I've got so many unplayed games from bundles and my pile of shame that I refrain from buying the bundles nowadays.

Quoting: GuestI don't believe my eyes... A game that supports Linux but not OS X? Is this a first among commercial game releases to do this?
There are quite of few of these already. Just look through the Linux catalogue on Steam...
