The Humble tinyBuild Bundle 2019 is live with some lovely Linux games

I'd be interested for Streets of Rogue and Graveyard Keeper, but on the other hand I have enough games on my plate right now so it'd be a long time before I got around to either. So in the near term, better not to.

I'm really liking the look of this. Definitely going on the wishlist.

I wonder if this was inspired by our exchange on Mastodon. Even if not, it's worth keeping a list of what goes into full release each year, if only to get an idea of where the Linux market is at in terms of actual "finished" games.

And it's finally on sale on itch.io for a change. The last couple of Steam sales didn't have a corresponding sale there.

Quoting: HoriSorry but if it runs on Firefox and Chrome/Chromium then I'd say that it's your browser's fault. I literally never heard of a "Falkon" browser.
It's a new-ish KDE browser built on QT. The information is just a Google search away, actually.

I did google it yesterday. Looks like a QT Chromium, which sounds quite nice for KDE users that don't want GTK traces on their system.
As far as I know it is not Chromium based. I started using it not because I didn't want GTK, but because I had an older system and I wanted a browser that wasn't as bloated as the Chrome/Vivaldi/Firefox browsers I had been using. Since then I've stuck with it because I just plain like it. It's the best I've tried of the more lightweight browsers (like Brave or even Links2 which is useful for some things), and this is one of the very few cases where it doesn't work just the same as the others.

I'll note that everything else works, it just doesn't capture the mouse.

Yikes, I just tried to play it via the Falkon browser and I literally can't turn around. The game doesn't capture the mouse, so I can turn until my mouse goes out of the browser window (about 70 degrees-ish) and then that's all I get. What a mess.

I can't recall hearing about this, but the look of it intrigues me greatly. Looking up gameplay videos for the early and midgame, which honestly grabs me more than this endgame video does, gives me a really good impression.

How well does it play on controller? That's my preference for action games, and I still wish Torchlight II had better support, I'd still be playing that today.

Neither is the Steam controller, far as I can tell. Valve doesn't seem to be interested in selling hardware to Canadians at all.

I was never able to get this to run properly on my old system. It would just give me a black screen, although sound effects, music and the menus worked, even if I couldn't see them. Not sure if it would be different on my current system or not.
