Quoting: Linux_RocksYou need more Shower with your Dad Simulator [External Link] to go with your (awesome) Placid Plastic Duck Simulator. I mean, just look at the trailer [External Link]. XD
I think I'll just wait for more DLC for Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, plus its upcoming sequel [External Link]...

Quoting: StoneColdSpiderBomberman as most played...... Not surprised at all...... Not one bit......
Note also, that in the main Year in Review image, both Super Bomberman R and Super Bomberman R 2 are there.

Not surprising anyone, here's how mine looks.

71% of my playtime was on my Steam Deck this year (the other 29% was on a couple of other Linux boxes) - which is quite impressive because I only got it at the start of September.

Quoting: GuestI do hope Peter in the image is Liam's genius. Although how absurd fortnite is i could imagine them buying the rights.
It's an official thing [External Link] - the same update also adds Solid Snake, who at this point is starting to look like he'd attend the opening of an envelope.

I don't know about you, but I'm getting so very tired of nonsensical inter-company crossovers that make zero sense. :dizzy: (Just because Batman and Mickey Mouse met Super Mario and the Gremlins in someone's childhood toybox, it doesn't mean that it could or should be made official now, y'know?)

Quoting: HamishThere is also a list on the Libregamewiki:
https://libregamewiki.org/Linux_Games_%26_Entertainment_for_X_Windows [External Link]

In terms of included Bomberman clones there is also XBlast.
Oh that is fantastic - thankyou very much! Not only did I miss XBlast, I didn't know of the wiki either.

Fanatical has some great bundles going right now you don't want to miss

Quoting: MinuxBut now being serious, what I don't really get... How are these deals even possible? How can be the websites about these deals legit? I mean 3€ for 3 games that cost around 70€... What the heck!
In the case of the legitimate key-sellers like Fanatical, it's down to sheer buying-power - and I presume that's also why they sometimes have lower prices than Steam itself during sales, as well.

Going by the MobyGames listing [External Link], it looks like this collection has at least a couple of vintage GPL Bomberman clones, in the form of X-Bomber, which I'd heard of before, and ClanBomber, which I had not. Something for me to look into - thanks for that!

Steam Deck - SteamOS 3.5.11 Preview 'Until Morale Improves' now available

Are there any particular bugs you've discovered recently you want to see solved?
For me, none. The big update not too long ago seems to have fixed most of the issues I was having with desktop-mode, which was the only thing that was giving me trouble. I really have no complaints right now.

Quoting: StoneColdSpiderDo we really want the likes of Fortniters in our community???....... I would rather they stayed in their nice cosie walled gardens away from us........
It doesn't look like Mr. Sweeney wants them to join us, nor us to join them, anyway.

Quoting: elmapulif you look at consoles they are much more closed than windows and they have more protection against online cheaters as an result.
Except the Nintendo Switch, which was defeated by a paperclip and has had its online games plagued by cheaters since just a few months after it launched.

I wonder how that impacts the Switch port of Fortnite, come to think of it?

This is way before my time with Linux-gaming, but I'm curious, what happened?
