Quoting: GuestOLED !Quoting: CorbenFor me the first game to try is probably Everspace 2!ERESY!!!
What a surprise, hm?
Everspace 2 deserves a BIG *VA monitor with deep blacks in a dark room and why not, ambilight/like leds on his back.
Shame we don't have HDR though.

Quoting: Sojiro84It's a shame they share their video's on twitter.Indeed, Are hope is they could technically tweak as all the Decks will be the same hardware like they do for consoles. Would also be good for us AMD folk on desktop to boot
Their streaming capability is garbage and all I see is 240p resolution video with plenty of compression artifacts because of the video compression.
And Twitter takes forever to load the higher quality but by then it's too late and I already reached the end of the video.
But it IS good to see developers playing around with it.

Quoting: EggbagI don't have many Steam games in my library to be honest, but once I get it I want to see how Battlefield games run lol. Of course I'll also be using RetroArchIt would have been nice to see the likes of the Dice devs ect messing with one, We could have at least some hope of the big boys seriously thinking about SD/Linux support.

Quoting: scaineYeah, quite a few games have native EAC, such as 7 Days to Die. The problem has only ever been a) lack of native titles, which is compounded by b) lack of anti-cheat support via Proton.Indeed, Unfortunately it still means no buy from me.
This fixes b) finally.
Doubt it'll do much to help a) though, I'm afraid.

Quoting: KohlyKohlI knew battle eye did , didn't think EAC did though.Quoting: pete910Not interested in wine/proton support tbh, Would be more interested in more native games being shipped now that EAC/BE supports Linux. (I'm looking at the likes of you NWI)EAC and BattleEye have had native Linux support for a while. This was just to add support for them through Proton for Wine.
Or is the support only through Wine ?

Quoting: Liam DaweDriver issue maybe somewhere between the game/Proton/Driver ? :unsure:Quoting: pete910@Liam, I noticed on your steam review you had issues with FPS drops have you managed to solve the problem ?Nope, the issue persisted. There's an entry on ProtonDB [External Link] with someone showing the same issue, with ProtonDB still giving it the thumbs up on that entry which I find hilarious because it makes it unplayable.
As stated runs fine on mine .
