Why not? They’re reviews. Liam might play a bad game so we don’t have to.

Windows exclusive features in Blender in 3... 2... 1...

That said, it’s much easier to configure GPU support in Windows than it is In Linux, so maybe we already have that.

I like how every time a VN comes along Liam says he's not into them but this one is great. There are tons of great VNs out there and they're a great way to just lie back and relax. Though I'll admit that's best done with a portable device and not on a computer, so I mostly tend to get and play them on something like the PS Vita.

Ron Gilbert, developer of Thimbleweed Park is switching to Linux

Apple is moving to Arm with their computers, this may have something to do with all this.

They do lots of questionable things, but they currently have the only useable phone platform which strives to respect their users’ privacy. Take a look at the recent buzz around the new iOS version finding out all the apps that have been accessing people’s clipboards and cameras behind their backs. I’m sure the same apps do the exact same thing on Android but there’s nothing to notify you about it there. I guess Apple’s overpriced products don’t push them towards trying to monetise their users’ info or something.

Anyway, this is an interesting development. I wonder if Mr Gilbert manages to make it work for him.

Gyroscope tool JoyShockMapper comes to Linux, Valve adds 'Flick stick' to Steam Input

I like gyro aiming very much. It takes a little getting used to, but becomes very natural soon enough.

As for WASD, it may only offer 8 directions, but it’s very quick, faster than moving a thumb stick, and that’s arguably more important than omnidirectional control.

NVIDIA 450.57 is out for Linux with DLSS and NGX, Image Sharpening plus more

The thing I’m missing from nvidia right now is async reprojection support so I can play HL Alyx at high settings.

The thing I’m missing from any and all AMD-gfx systems I have (2 of them) is being able to boot every time I turn on the computer and being able to keep using it after I’ve booted.

Decisions, decisions.

Well, then, don't let us know what you think of the latest release.

Fractional scaling only works in very specific circumstances, I'm surprised it's headlining the release, it's so half-baked.
