Quoting: AnzaI do agree that the wilderness is harsh. I remember that throwing stones was bit challenging, which meant that getting food wasn't easy. On top of that you really have to keep eye on things. Cooking and boiling water is hard, like in real life :tongue:Or that rattling sound when you're carrying too much and you move like a snail :dizzy:

Well, it was a bit optimistic for them to hope the good situation (back then) to last.
As soon as the things get better, people get sloppy and get infected again. Is like they have goldfish memory, Romania or anywhere else.

Stadia gets Control, Hello Engineer and more in Stadia Pro for October

I just finished the main game (really good game IMO) and thought about buying the two DLC's.
Really curious how it will work, some recent games on Stadia were kinda screwed up.
Nice to hear about Wilcard upping the quality, having console commands available is fine, but I doubt that Stadia users will generally bother with (or know about) that.

Looks like Valve sent out quite a lot of Steam Deck developer kits

You know, I'm interested in one thing, when Valve ships these kits to developers is there any clause that says (more or less): We would prefer to run your game testing on the actual SteamOS that is shipped with the device, and not installing Windows right away"?
I'm saying that because I've seen at least two videos where the devs were just running plain Windows (though maybe externally) on the kit that they received.

I didn't ordered one, probably never will since I'm not interested in handhelds (dock-able or not).
I would've ordered one if it was possible to use it as a controller in a proper way (remote play doesn't count).
I'm more interested in the SteamOS version that will run.

I did attempted to play the game few times, only to find my progress rendered irrelevant by the updates. Granted, it was for a while in early access so my fault for being impatient, but still, I have it in my library since 2015, finish the damn game already.

Quoting: TheSHEEEPNice. Might actually play the game in my lifetime still.Yeah, I too hope I'm still alive by the time they finish it.
Don't like to step into episodic games before everything is out.

Quoting: slaapliedje"Spills coffee" Ha ha, I have no idea. I know I've heard it before in a form or other...don't know why, but sounds like something Monty Python would say.Quoting: dubigrasuI will use one of the best curses ever.Quoting: slaapliedjeHa, Epic can go screw as far as I'm concerned. But I understand sometimes people want the free games. Not only the free games, I got those alright, but I also bought one: Journey.
This game is a real work of art, I cannot properly describe how wonderful it is to actually play it, not just watch YT videos of it. Is just gorgeous, and it transcends whatever objections I might have against Epic, so yes, I've "sinned" and got it from Epic, no remorse.
The alternative was PS3 store, 30 fps, lower quality and a much higher price, while I got it from Epic for peanuts.
Edit: Why I didn't bought it from Steam? It wasn't available there at the time, some region restriction nonsense.
"May the flees from a thousand camels infest your genitals!" (Bonus points if someone can name the character in a novel that said that.)
