I bought this game a while ago but have not got around to play it yet. Good news the DLC is coming.

The Humble Unity Bundle is live with some great Linux games

I already have Oxenfree, Wasteland 2 and Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun , all great games
The unity stuff interest me, just to learn a bit making stuff in Unity, I doubt I get a full game finished, but just some smaller projects could be fun. Do all these Unity Asset Store collections not work in the Linux Unity version?

And then I get Final Station and Torment: Tides of Numenera on top :-)

A new SteamOS beta is out with GPU driver updates and a fresh Linux kernel

Quoting: pbI'm still waiting to be able to play RotTR on SteamOS non-beta. Maybe in 3.0...
Why?

You can play with that update?

Drivers are very up-to-date , kernel is also ok. Even LLVM is in a good shape.
I'm on stable, last time I tried the game said my gfx was not supported. I think stable steamos still doesn't ship vulkan for nvidia.
SteamOS ships Vulkan Nvidia drivers since a long time, since the Vulkan was launched if I'm not mistaken.
Is rather a bug or the game needs newer Nvidia drivers.
Check in Desktop mode if you have the necessary Vulkan drivers to be sure (they should be already installed by default though).
Are any other games using Vulkan working?
Rise of the Tombraider works with the latest SteamOS beta update, I played it a bit yesterday after updating. Feral did set the Nvidia 396 update as minimum, thats why it didnt work before. Other Vulkan games do work for a long time already.

Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War is out with Linux support

Quoting: RedfaceBe aware that when you buy it directly from Slitherine that you have to specify somewhere that you want the Linux version, I did buy for PC and that turns out to be the Windows version only. I have contacted their support and hopefully they change it for me.
I was wrong, you have to register the game on their site and then get both steam key and the Linux and Windows downloads.
And they even replied on a Sunday:-)

The Humble Store 'Square Enix Publisher Week' has some great Linux games on offer

Lara Croft GO
and
Hitman GO: Definitive Edition
do also have a Linux version on Steam, Humble does not write about a Linux version for Hitman GO, but the steamos logo is there on Steam.
These are puzzle games and not like the other Lara croft and Hitman games so check out some review before buying. I find both ok for a few minutes playing in between but never finished them.
