Tried playing this game, but the controls are too awkward for me and eventually just left it.

Valve gives the Discovery Queue a makeover to help you find your next game

The main problem of the discovery queue is probably the same as that of the "More like this" section. Some of the matches are completely outrageous. Go to the "Beat Saber" page, more like this .... Assetto Corsa. Right. If it can't do that right, the queue can't do any better.

That said, I've occasionally found things in the queue that I had never heard about and were interesting, so even now it has been useful.

I'm actually amazed about all the stuff that seems to be implemented already. Not bad for a kickstarter!

Want! As a fan of Zachtronics games, I can only hope that at some point in the future he feels a burning desire to create more.

Tried the web version for a bit. It's ok, but still too close to an idle game to keep me interested. However, it seems to be a good full featured version that works well as a demo.

Steam Deck gets a set of nice bug fixes in a new client update

Quoting: Guest
Quoting: brokkrI recently encountered a nasty bug where my Deck was unable to shut down (the shutting down animation just kept playing) and all I could do was to leave it overnight to drain the battery.

Does anyone know if Valve are inviting users to report bugs? On Github or elsewhere?

(The presumed reason: trying to launch the installed itch.io launcher, added as a non-steam game, from the Game UI, being unable to abort or kill it when it didn't open, then unsuccesfully trying to fix it with a shutdown)
Most mainboards have implemented a "hold the power button down for 10s" to kill the power. Laptops especially needed this when batteries were unable to be easily removed, and it's basically carried on in most hardware. I would imagine this handheld has something similar (I don't have one, no intention of getting one, but I'd be very surprised if such a feature wasn't implemented).
It does. I've had to use it once when the initial update failed to progress.

Into the Breach: Advanced Edition releases July 19th as a free update

Strange game this is. I like the battles, but the progression is weird. I have 2.5 hours in the game. This was just one run that I immediately finished. The game says that it basically adjust the difficulty of the final bit to your level, but what's the point of that? It means that any run can be finished at any time without there seemingly not being any other reason to extend it. Felt very strange and as such I haven't really tried to play more.

Sigh. Game runs at 500 fps, but no vsync option. After fiddling made it forced vsync only to find out that it forces WASD on you. Done with it, refunded.
