Linux players getting banned on Apex Legends again

The true problem, beyond the fact that Anti-Cheat solutions are not correctly ported to Gnu-linux systems, is that there are far too few true humans to support such a game that is in the top-10 list of games daily played (still reaching 500k players per day) and making money.

On Apex, cheaters are clearly a plague: they appear massively every "scholar-holiday" periods: last week I saw so many players with speed and auto-aim hacks, and we can't any more report.
With a player reported x times in few minutes, and a handful of real human behind screens (one by worldwide area) to watch and ban cheaters, it should be fast for a real human to check by looking 1 minute this player if true or false positive.
The true point is that they are no human behind the screen, and counting on only-automated scripts can't be adapted to such a dynamical human process as cheating is.

Again, about my experience: playing on linux 80% of my time, switching for some games on my windows session for ~20%. I'm a gamer: playing nearly 2 to 3h per days. This was the exactly 12th time last month, since 2012 (I begun to count), that Steam asks me my config stuff while I'm on my windows session. Was only asked on linux one time while being on my laptop during a trip abroad (I nearly play around 10 days per year on my laptop, always when moving from house).

I'm a probabilist for my job, this succession of events are uneven. Steam MUST ask users to declare their prefered plateform at some point, before (to be sure to be surveyed when on this machine) or during the survey at least, especially considering that it matters for the market.

Hope they will do some optimisations on the resources used by this game. My gaming PC and my laptop both have their fans hurling when playing this game. Doesn't make sense my 3060Ti moves its fans to maximum considering the graphism.

I think this game misses a relax mode, or a way to better set difficulties for casual and relaxing-after-work gaming. I like exploring, constructing, but to enjoy this game I had to use cheatcodes, which also destroyed its interest. This mode to hard (with no sense) games like eden ring, with no way to lower the difficulties to live the story, explore the lore quietly is disappointing. A simple way would be to propose a "quiet" mode formexample where when you die, you respawn in the bed with your stuff. This way you only loose time when taking risk, and to code, that wouldn't be too complex! Add one or two badges for the hard-core so they can play "who's the biggest", and every one would be happy.
First Doom, Hexen, etc. had difficulties levels to enjoy all.

I also agree that like many current games, it lacks of optimisation. Developers must make effort to port their games so they can be used on laptop and steamdeck with draining batteries in minutes (especially considering graphics not complex), without making all fans hurling or burning my bed comforter to display simple graphisms (why now strategy games turn-by-turn like "Old world" or "ozymandias", with quite simple graphism, need so many resources??) .

The climax may be reached in the next couples of years when 1/ microsoft will end its low-cost key politics to fight against piracy and 2/ if they really make the new incoming windows with yearly or monthly subscription, as they have begun with Office and as rumor says about this next windows '12'?
