I'm hoping (without any actual hope at all really) that Steam will show the Deck/SteamOS as a separate data set rather than lumping it in with the Linux data we are familiar with today. It would indicate if the Deck had a positive effect on desktop Linux adoption. :neutral:

Every time Intel falls behind on something they go hard on the propaganda and try to shift the focus somewhere else.
Oh noes, don't look at the number of cores, single thread performance, multicore performance, gaming performance, TDP, power usage, platform tech, benchmarks, pricing, availability or anything else where we don't have a clear advantage!
And now this... come on Intel, why you gotta be like this.

Woot! I played both Crusader games a lot back in the day, this is pretty awesome.
Now I only have to decide if I want to play them again and possibly be incredibly disappointed, or continue to enjoy the memories filtered through the rosy lens of nostalgia... :whistle:

Nightdive Studios show off new System Shock footage

Well. This new gameplay video didn't make me feel any different than when I played the demo in February. To be honest, it looks pretty much the same. I recognize too much.

Combat still looks unsatisfying and tedious. Enemy AI? There doesn't seem to be any. The lighting is amazing, but it becomes overwhelming even after a few minutes. They didn't show cyberspace in this video, but that was even brighter and flashier. It's going to cause migraines and nausea.

I don't have a ton of hope left for this game. Fingers crossed... :unsure:
