I think I played the demo but I got really confused because I had no idea what to do when I ran out of ammo and then I ended up just giving orders to my underlings which was not a lot of fun.
KDE Plasma gets Wayland Fractional Scaling, Fixing Multi-Screen and a Steam Deck updater

I've only now seen the merge request but it looks like it failed.

Quoting: BlackBloodRumWell disabling the GPU is not an option since I am actively using it, that's why I am still on X11 (although it has many other issues).Quoting: starfarerKDE on Wayland is absolutely unusable for me since my external monitor has really low FPS, below 20. This is also a known bug [External Link] and it's not looking like it will be fixed soon, which is a shame. :(One commenter has mentioned [External Link] that disabling the discreet GPU in your bios may resolve the issue, any luck with that? It's worth a try :)
(I know it's a workaround rather than fixing the issue, but for immediate affect it may be useful)
Additionally, have you tried with this merge request? https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/3254 [External Link]
It may (or may not) help :)

I really hope they are going to release a Steam Controller 2.
Hoped I could win a Steam deck during the Game Awards but no dice, unfortunately. :(
Well at least I can hook up my Steam Controller to my laptop though I am always afraid that it is going to fail someday so a replacement is sorely needed. :)

Quoting: AnzaHmm, glad to hear it. So it might be worth it getting it after all, thanks!Quoting: starfarerHmm. Every time I read something about these kinds of games I think to myself: how does this hold up against OpenTTD? Because honestly I didn't have as much fun with any new kind of tycoon game as with OpenTTD. Can anyone chime in?Compared to OpenTTD, Railway Empire is more focused on the story. There's a campaign that has multiple targets to meet. There's also other things like technology tree and stock market to keep you occupied.
So while there are some similarities, they are totally different games.

Only recently did I find out about bottles and man is this awesome. Wine also worked so-so for me. Sometimes I was lucky but most of the times it didn't work at all and I had no idea why or didn't have time to figure it out.
Bottles on the other hand is so easy to use.

I wonder what happened to Regeria Hope. The guy released the first episode and there was a kickstarter which I missed (I think). I even wrote him an email once, unfortunately I don't remember what he told me and I've never heard anything about that game since.
