Meh, not enough blood and guts for my liking. Not even blood and bone, how these plants meant to grow up strong to fight off the hordes of mutant plants? I just don't get it.

Quoting: HJDeep Rock Galactic recently got FSR 2.0 support and that doesn't seem to work at all, FSR 1.0 looks better while FSR 2.0 looks like linear scale, not sure what's up with thatHopefully someone tells the developer!

They should do it for Deathloop which had some major translucency and animation blur (like DLSS1 like issues).

Yeah the categories while nice, are extremely broad stroke and meaning of the word.
Possible games are trying to target all categories now so basically call themselves things they really aren't at the core.
I'd like to see a feature that lets the community vote on what a games category should be and when it gets to a certain high number it can influence it for change.. I dunno.
I'd like to see the ability to save previous page when you click on a title so the back button works better and actually takes you back instead of an approximate.

Going to wait until i get a 4080/90 before I replay this game so I can turn on all those pretty lights. (4k here)
Even at 1440p the game had some pretty nasty slowdowns in areas on my 6800xt. And it was hard to keep above 60fps.

Probably wait until V-Cache. Also not sold on RDNA3, probably good for pure rasterization work but I suspect no matter how much work they put into RayTracing backend, it never going to work well, especially under Linux.

SteamDeck 1.0 does look like its a rather big beta test in preparation for future versions. But they have accomplished allot.
The issue with flatpak is allot of 3rd party developers were not ready to support it when SteamDeck was released, but that isn't flatpak or Valves fault, its been around forever.

Quoting: sarmadSteam Deck 2 will likely be years away,Next year away! This isn't traditional console. And RDNA3 4nm APU's will definitely be available to Valve sometime next year.

Well it will probably have the RDNA3 or RDNA3+ APU's on possibly 4nm process, they could do it on 5nm I guess.
But the real good news is it will likely be over 3TFLOP of graphical power so maybe a 1080p OLED this time around also since those are getting cheaper.
The SteamDeck 1 has a RDNA2 4core APU with a graphical powerhouse of 1.6-1.8 or something TFLOPS and 720p TN panel.
I'm starting to think Valve REALLY doesn't like AU/NZ for some reason... either that or middlemen at blocking its import. (just go via amazon, worked for Quest)

Quoting: AussieEeveeAnd yet Steam Deck 1 is still unavailable here :(Just give up and wait for SD2.. I'm in Australia also and unless the SteamDeck gets discounted I'm not going to bother.
