Wish they fix the gamma slider working in-game, save me needing to use a xgamma script to adjust things all the time.
Game now runs on vulkan btw, opengl has been put to rest (finally).

Stadia should have just been like Steam, you buy and own your games (behind DRM I guess), with added option of streaming subscriptions.
The world is still chugging along on poor internet infrastructure, stream gaming isn't ready yet.
At least in the west where taxpayers pay billions for telecommunication companies to ultimately do nothing in regards to infrastructure upgrading!

Valve continues tweaking the new 'Proton Experimental' for Cyberpunk 2077

I've been mostly playing on WIN10 because of my 6800XT having issues under Linux atm (waiting on newer mesa and kernel, could be a month or two).
Biggest annoyance for me has been dialogue getting stuck on screen or audio/sound issues. There are also some odd quest bugs but they don't appear to stop the game from moving forward.

Quoting: CaenthIt's not the game, but the 'gamers' who are the problem imo.I wouldn't go that far, remember CDPR released it with specs and on platforms they did. People just automatically expect it to work, and for old hardware or consoles you could loose at GTA5 as an example of a similar large open world that plays decent on old hardware.

I look forward to VKD3D maturing, but it does feel more like version 0.21 and not 2.1 :)

Quoting: Guestthat's reportedly so buggy..The games being forced to run on old generation consoles PS4 and XB1, those had 1.5-2.5TFLOP GPU's in them, CDPR would have been better off releasing a 8bit side scroller version for those consoles as a bit of a joke! LMAO

IMO vkd3d has a fair way to go when up against dxvk (dx11)

Quoting: ShmerlNothing extra, straight download from GOG. It is weird that it's so huge while the game is 60 GB. May be it's languages like above.I've read there was a 50gb patch, maybe you downloaded the game, they released the patch during download and you ended up needing to download another 50gb.
