Keep it up sobkas, I like to read about these updates (even more so that they really are focusing on the Direct3D command stream).

Steam Controller Demonstration

I'm impressed, instead of having to hold down an analog stick to get the mouse to gradually reach a point, this controller lets you flick and cover the distance faster. The question is though, how comfortable is this and what kind of RSI could arise?

I am excited to try one myself, if I ever get the chance :D

I will cover Salvation Prophecy once I'm not forced to tether my phone to my PC to get the net.
Sweet! I'm thinking of getting, so I'll definitely check out your article on it :)

Total War: Rome II Will Be Ported To Linux
10 Oct 2013 at 10:27 am UTC

I have not bought this game yet, but I have every other Total War game on Steam in my library. If they really do port it, I will buy it [wonder if they'll port some older titles like Total War Battles: Shogun which was made with Unity3D].

I'm still waiting on Metro Last Light and the new Tropico too. I really can't believe how many new and huge titles we are actually getting for Linux since Valve jumped into the picture!

RPGs for Linux
You and me both man. Salvation Prophecy on Steam looks interesting, seems to have some sort of RPG elements to it. Nothing like Fable, Suikoden or Final Fantasy though.

Sweet! I got Nuclear Dawn back when I saw Xpander playing it through Wine smoothly. Had no idea back then that they would support Linux :D

GOL Cast: Creating a Powerful Empire in 0 A.D.
10 Oct 2013 at 4:00 am UTC

I really like games like this that remind me of Age Of Empires 1 and 2. I just wish it wouldn't lag so badly when I start amassing a large amount of units. I can't wait for future optimizations for this game to land!

It looks like 0 A.D runs really well on your system Samsai, and as always a very nicely done video :)

Vox A Voxel Action/Adventure/Sandbox Will Come To Linux

The way your player kills enemies makes it look like an MMORPG, but at the same time it retains traits from Minecraft. Count me as interested, especially if there are quests.

Well if you want it you can have it, I don't mind shipping it.
Really? That would be pretty cool :D
Should I private message you my address? From there you can decide if it's too expensive to do or takes too much time. If you really do ship it to me, that would probably be the coolest gift I get this year! If you decide not to, then there's no harm done :)
