Counter-Strike: Global Offensive updated with improved Linux performance and a new FBI model

That is just a game. I really can't understand people cares about "representing" in the games , unless it is very agressive and obvious one.
Fun fact:
When BF1 launched , it also had Ottoman forces in it. I literally saw people saying " How can i play this game as English forces , i can't shoot at to my elders " online.
Mind blowing experience.

2-) Once it turns out as a promising thing , maybe they will get in touch. Remember , Valve contacted with DXVK dev after he achieved running Nier Automata.

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoI wonder WHY this project is not backed by Valve...1-) Wine has a good enough working D3D9 implementation , while WineD3D11 was barely working and terribly slow.
I mean, A LOT of the legacy steam games are DX9 and this will improve performance.

I don't have a guess about what they will tease but they should focus on games that won't work with Proton because of DRM.
What even more developers think of Valve's Steam Play

Proton is an extra option.
Realistically , we won't see so many AAA titles in native forms with that market share.
Market share won't increase with it because most people won't jump into Linux for losing half of their library.
It is there for solving chicken-egg issue actually.
Native ports are always important.

DXVK 0.80 is out with a new cache to reduce stutter and further CPU overhead improvements

If you have 8 cores ( 4c / 8t included ) and greater , it uses 3/4 of cores for that.
If you have less than 8 cores it uses half of them.

a) creates multiple D3D11 devices
b) changes its current working directory multiple times.
The actual cache file you're looking for is in the /bin subdir, not in /bin/x64.
Also, Witcher 3 does not compile its shaders ahead of time, so you will still encounter stutters in this game (although it should be less annoying because it can now use multiple threads to do it in parallel).
I noticed that general stutter is lower now. A lot of Ryzen cores help (DXVK reports using 12 threads for compilation):
info: DXVK: Read 627 valid state cache entries
info: DXVK: Using 12 compiler threads

The wiki page isn't very explicit.Direct3D Feature Level 11_1 is now supported. So I take it that DXVK is now DX11 feature complete, this is incredible news!

He has a good stance on that. Simply boycotting that change. Like new CoC welcomers did with old Code of Conflict era.
That is also sad ; i saw that Ryan C. Gordon is also supports these SJW's. My feelings hurt :'(
