Catch up on Collabora's work in the Linux Kernel for futex2 to help Wine & Proton

In case your bored you might try to move it to a pop up/balloon 5hingie when hovering the mouse over the first instance of the word wine or proton, and then automate it so when you post an article it does that for certain words...... yeah I am full of ideas ;)

Quoting: Liam DaweIt is pretty helpful.Quoting: Luke_NukemThanks for the kind words. I try not to assume too much from readers, because there's tons of special terms everywhere that are easy to forget or just be confused on. People who know can ignore it but it I think it's helpful overall :)Note - Wine and Proton are compatibility layers, designed to run Windows games and other software on Linux and other operating systems. Proton is Valve's version of Wine that's available through Steam. See our dedicated page for more.I just noticed you put a similar refresher in almost every article (and similar for Nvidia stuff). That's awesome forward thinking and very helpful especially for newbies :)
futex2 is exciting. Blows my mind how much Valve has helped kick Linux gaming in to high gear.

Quoting: KohlyKohlRunning tumbleweed since it was released, with kde and I have to say that kde breakage I can count on one hand....Quoting: fagnerlnThis twilight theme is really beautiful! KDE breaks a bit too much IMO, but I'm for sure will try this with WaylandWay too many times after updating packages my KDE will break in all sorts of fun ways. I've had this issue for years with every KDE distro and is a bad user experience.

I gotten a new laptop for a friend at https://laptopwithlinux.com/ [External Link], was pleasantly surprised with the flexible configuration. Delivery was 2 days later, they are located in the Netherlands. In the end its a clevo laptop but have to say it feels pretty stable and fast, just putting the final touches on it before I hand it over.
