While it's sad to see it as a stretch-goal, I have big faith in Nightdive Studios due to their previous good support of Linux. System Shock is being remade and it's probably going to be funded quite well.
Always nice to see games that promise Linux support get fully funded. Moonlighter is an Action RPG with shopkeeping elements and it has been over-funded.

After 4 years of development, Indie Game Studio Boxelware launches Kickstarter for Avorion, a Space-Sim Sandbox Game for Windows and Linux. The game is planned to be available on Steam through the second half of 2016.

Consortium: The Tower looks like a pretty incredible FPS/RPG that is seeking funding (and it looks like it will easily hit it) on Fig. They are promising day-1 Linux & Mac support too using Unreal Engine 4. Although I do have concerns about their Linux plans. (Post updated)
EVERSPACE is an incredibly beautiful looking 3D space shooter that takes elements from roguelikes that was funded on Kickstarter. They smashed their funding goal, and it's heading to Linux now too.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance, a game built with CryEngine looked like it was going to be a fantastic game to have on Linux, but the developers have told me it "is not possible technically".

I was really hoping to give Torment: Tides of Numenera a go, but it seems I won't be able to since they have launched without Linux support right now. They aren't sure if it will get a Linux version during Early Access or after the final release.
A shame when games get delayed, especially games like Mighty No. 9 that a lot of people are hoping turns out good. I would rather they delayed it, and delayed it some more until it's a polished experience.
I came across a rather interesting video today about DoubleFine and Psychonauts 2. To be clear this isn't our video, but it's worth a watch. My trust in DoubleFine was already very low after Spacebase, and now I'm really not sure what to think.
