Quoting: gustavoyaraujoI'm curious if they will also let us play FIFA online in the future.
Wait, they still release the FIFA games for Windows, but not the NHL series?

Quoting: Nociferwhy have you (the Bottles devs) seen fit to re-invent the wheel and opt for a new, custom system for installing external requirements instead of using good ole Winetricks?

But there is no description for runners like what the hell is CAFFE wine? what is VANIGLIA WINE?
Read The F...ine Manual?

"Caffe is a powerful runner that came with a large set of patches and improvements for Gaming and Software.

Vaniglia (Vanilla) is a clean runner as its name suggests. Apply only wine-staging patches and a modern theme created by Joshua Ashton.

The Proton runner (developed by Valve and improved/offered by GloriousEggroll in the GE custom version) is a much more complex version of Wine and is suitable for the most modern games.
It contains several patches for specific gaming titles support, implements OpenVR support and integrates dxvk (installable on wine from the bottle preferences page)."

I'm a bit curious how this compares to macOS?

(But also to lazy to check myself)

Steam Lunar New Year Sale 2022 is now live

Picked up:
  • Nina Aquila: Legal Eagle - Native. Loved the demo, cute, funny, great artwork and you get to shout OBJECTION! a lot.

  • Dogs Organized Neatly - Not native, but made with Godot. It's a very simple game, but I loved Cats Organized Neatly for the artwork and the descriptions of the animals and these seems like heckin' good doggos!

  • Unavowed - I do love me a good adventure game and Wadjet usually delivers. Native and so fresh it still got that new Linux port smell....

Considering that I'm currently playing a game (for the first time) I bought on release date in 1998 I guess I'll get around to these somewhere around 2044....

Quoting: EhvisNice. Last night I went through my library to remove a bunch of "windows" tags from games. Looks like I need to do it again. Not complaining though.
Remove the windows tag from more games! Let's try to invert this whole cause-and-effect thingamabob!

We'll always have Paris is a narrative adventure about loving someone with dementia

Quoting: a0kamiWorry not, am just yet another french dude mocking how cliché it is to word any love story related title with Paris in it, you can keep scrolling.
I'd guess that's a fair criticism but I think it's more of a reference to Casablanca and the way life sometimes forces people apart.

The backstory to Firewatch deals with the same issues. Just the short introductory sequence in that game had me in tears so I think I'll skip this one...

I'm a bit curious though if the game is based on a personal experience? It's not a subject matter I would like to dwell on, much less base a game on, but people have vastly different ways of working through these things.
