Rencounter, a reasonably good looking turn-based roguelike RPG has recently added Linux support. The reviews are a bit mixed, but it still might be worth a try.
Maia, the colony building simulation from Simon Roth has a huge update which includes Lava and colonist relationships. It’s sounding more and more like a heavily simulated version of ‘the sims in space’.
