Super Night Riders is a racing game that looks a little like OutRun and Hang-On and it's available on Linux.

Polyball is an interesting take on a 3D platformer that mixes in racing, inspired by games like Super Monkey Ball, Marble Madness, Trackmania, and Mario Kart. It has now left Early Access.
