They work pretty quickly. A new KDE program, marknote, was recently uploaded to Flathub and was listed as unverified. It didn't even take 12 hours before it was verified.

No offense to people who like cryptocurrency, but I remain highly distrustful of crypto.

I don't like the asymmetrical analog stick layout, but I'd be open to acquiring one of these and trying it out. I do appreciate that it has TRACKPADS, unlike so many other Deck competitors out there.

Quoting: JarmerI did end up buying Alpha Protocol on GOG and installing Heroic, and everything does seem to work just fine.Quoting: CyborgZetaI wish it was on Steam. I basically quit buying games from GOG a couple years ago because it was easier just playing games in Steam. Still, I'm glad to see GOG do this, and I'm willing to buy it.It is much easier in steam, however I have had good success just using Heroic to do all my gog playing. You can just use whatever the most recent GEProton is by default for all games. Not AS easy as steam, but kind of close.

Valve goes out of their way to support Linux, and improve PC gaming as a whole. Sweeney and Epic do not. Actions speak louder than words.

I use an Arc A770. I'd be curious to know if the new Xe driver is enabled by default, or if I'd have to manually enable it.

Stuff like this causes me to further regret my like and admiration for Nintendo growing up. While I already "quit" them back in the mid-2010's, I am disgusted even more by them now. As I do not own a Switch, my words are utterly meaningless, but I will personally never play another Nintendo game again. New or old.

I'm on Kubuntu, so I won't be seeing Plasma 6 until later this year with Kubuntu 24.10 (or 24.04 with Kubuntu Backports). Which is fine by me, as that gives the KDE Team time for a point release or two.
