Humble Choice has been a big miss for me for a while. Between the stuff they offer, the stuff I already have and my complete lack of time to even play the games that I have and really want to finish, I've been on my longest ever pause streak.

Wishlisted it immediately when I noticed it this weekend. I wonder how well they can make the 3d aspect scale though.
Seems to be a far away thing though. Although Steam has it as "coming soon", the website says that release is at least 12 months away.

That's an uncommon amount of detail about the Linux support in those release notes. They clearly put more thought into it than is usually the case.
Not really a fan of rhythm games though. I'm just really bad at them. Which is kind of funny considering how much time I spent playing them in VR, but there's a catch. Besides the positive aspect of the physical activity, I still kind of suck at the actual "rhythm"/timing part of it. I really tend to focus on games that limit the impact of timing and allow me to compensate with technical skill. Something that doesn't really work for pancake games.

I tried Loop Hero on deck, but I couldn't get on with it. The controls were just too awkward for me.

I suppose it's time now to figure out of Pipewire can indeed do network audio with fallback. Pipewire's ability to do this hasn't been clear and I have not yet taken the time to dive into it.
SteamDB makes it easier to track upcoming releases

Could have used a platform filter. That would have made the list more manageable to go through. Also, seeing how many games release on a daily basis demonstrates why indies have issues getting noticed.

Quoting: PenglingOh, right, because Steam's algorithm somehow completely fails...Bombergrounds. "Similar to games you've played: Fishing Planet 0.8 hrs." Riiiight.

Considering the owners, it's funny that humble and egs seem to still be the ones to keep it all in house.

Quoting: scaineAll I can tell you is that neither of those domains existed in over 3 months of PiHole logs until I tried the link above today... so hopefully you're over-reacting in this case. But again, no judgement from me, Ehvis. I see that you already support the site as a Supporter Plus, as do I. There are lots of ways to support GOL and if affiliate links cross the line in the sand you marked for tracking, that's understandable. They're already running this one over two domains. No way to know how many more they have. But as you say, there are choices for support. Can't keep nice things if we don't pay something for it, so it must be done. I highly prefer to pay them with money instead of ... myself. I could have a plugin rewrite the URLs I suppose, but I'll probably be too lazy. :)
Quoting: Liam DaweIt is a shame that many stores don't do it directly and I understand the concerns. Honestly, if Steam had an affiliate thing I could probably just remove all the others since 99% of what I cover is on Steam.Affiliate stuff is generally meant as a store ad. Steam doesn't really need that at all since everybody know where to find them. So no reason for them to put effort in it.
