Writing on the official blog the developers have noted that L4D2 is still coming to Linux! Which is great news since it was supposed to be the original title!
So the Steam Hardware Survey got updated again, this time they are now including lots of Linux distro's so we can see just how popular they are!

Today, Linux gaming takes a huge step forward as Valve have now officially released the Steam Client for Linux and so it's available for everyone to try. Valve are also doing a big sale to celebrate, with 50-75% off select games.
Looks like they are rolling out all area's for Linux on Steam now! Valve are improving the store for Linux users.
Seems like the official release isn't far away at all....
So the next instalment of the Steam hardware survey has landed and it's looking good for Linux so far!
